  • 1 pkg
    Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 6 slices
    provolone cheese
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

Step 1
Prepare the Steak and Vegetables

3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, fresh cracked pepper (to taste), 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder, 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder, 1 pound skirt steak (thinly sliced), 1 small sweet onion (sliced), 2 small red bell peppers (sliced), 6 oz white mushrooms (sliced)

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cracked pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add the sliced steak, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the bowl. Toss everything well to coat evenly with the marinade.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on a sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through for even cooking.
Step 2
Prepare the Hawaiian Rolls

package Hawaiian rolls, 3 tablespoons melted butter

While the steak and vegetables bake, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the buns intact as one piece with a top and bottom layer.
Generously brush the cut sides of both the top and bottom layers with melted butter.
Step 3
Assemble and Melt the Cheese

6 slices provolone cheese

Remove the steak mixture from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
Spread the steak mixture evenly across the bottom layer of the Hawaiian rolls.
Lay the slices of provolone cheese over the top of the steak.
Place the sheet tray under the broiler on high for 2-3 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Step 4
Finish and Serve

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Carefully place the top layer of Hawaiian rolls over the cheese to fully assemble the sliders.
For a touch of elegance, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve immediately alongside a crisp, refreshing Pepsi Zero Sugar for the perfect pairing.
Your juicy, cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are ready to enjoy!
